Project Coordinator
Responsibilities
  • Responsible for coordinating and executing all logistical and guesting-related aspects of assigned events, ensuring that they are completed within the provided timeline and lead to project success
  • Create leads lists based on project briefs and gather a wide range of data, such as names, email addresses, phone numbers, and job titles from target accounts utilizing various resources, including our internal database, LinkedIn, Google, and other relevant sources
  • Curate and personalize email invitations to be sent to potential guests based on the project briefing, taking into consideration target audience, and incorporating relevant details and information to make the invitation more appealing and engaging.
  • Make calls (including cold calls) to invite potential guests using professional and senior language
  • Source, build, and nurture relationships with potential moderators, key speakers, and industry experts to ensure the quality and relevance of our sessions
  • Collaborate with other departments to continuously improve our events and create a positive and impactful guest and client experience
  • Maintain accurate records and data, and ensuring the timely completion of administrative tasks related to your project
  • Developing a networking strategy aimed at arranging face-to-face meetings with global decision-makers, such as chairmen, CEOs, COOs, and other high-level executives; identifying key individuals and establishing connections with them to create opportunities for meetings and discussions
  • Provide post-event feedback and analysis to clients and internal teams to identify areas for improvement and to ensure that future events are even more successful
Qualifications

Senior Delegate Acquisition Specialist

Role Description

  • This is a full-time remote/hybrid role for a Senior Delegate Acquisition Specialist at The Ortus Club. The Specialist will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks associated with acquiring senior decision-makers as delegates for knowledge-sharing events.
  • The first few months of the role will involve learning the business processes and being able to conduct projects yourself. Afterward, you will move into a role overseeing teams in the Philippines, Kosovo, and Mexico, helping and supporting them in their outreach efforts.
  • You will be working very closely with the co-founders, helping them deliver on their operations goals and targets.

Work Setup

  • Fully Remote or Hybrid
  • The head office is based in Rome, you may be asked to travel on occasion to Rome or any of our other offices around the world (Pristina, Manila) for short periods of time to meet and interact with the team.

Client Director

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the company’s customer base.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outbound prospecting efforts, including calling, email outreach, connection campaigns and networking.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, effectively communicating the value proposition of our products/services.
  • Collaborate closely with the team to develop targeted campaigns and initiatives to generate leads and support sales efforts.
  • Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for clients.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and market developments to identify opportunities for business growth.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to the management team, demonstrating progress towards goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English is a must; additional languages would be a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. This will be requested during the interview stages of the selection process.
  • Strong entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients at all levels.
  • Experience managing clients on an international level, with a deep understanding of cultural nuances and business practices.
  • Highly organized with strong time management and prioritization skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Google Apps G Suite.
  • Amenable to work under a freelancer contract.
Social Media Manager

Responsibilities

• Run social media advertising campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)

• Develop high-quality written and visual content for campaigns

• Manage online communities to ensure professional and appropriate engagement

• Contribute to the marketing strategy by leveraging social media to identify and acquire new customers

• Keep an eye on social media trends and regularly propose new initiatives

• Ensure that messages and marketing are aligned with brand and company values

• Define KPIs and analyze data for social media campaigns, including SEO and web traffic metrics

• Provide short and long-term market forecasts and reports from market research collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data.

•Use social media marketing tools such as Semrush, Canva, and Hubspot

• Possibly manage an intern that will assist with social media and website tasks

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of social media marketing experience

• Experience in creating social media strategies, especially for LinkedIn

• Fluency in English with impeccable grammar and writing skills

• Understanding of graphic design and video creation principles

• Incredible work ethic and enthusiasm

• Self-motivated and client-focused

• Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis
