Event FAQs
Hyper Meet Networks events are strictly invitation-only. If you have not received an invitation via email or LinkedIn but are interested in attending an event featured on our website, please complete the registration form on that specific page. The Ortus team will consider your profile for attendance and contact you shortly.
Once you receive an invite, you can request to attend by confirming your interest through the link provided.
From there, our team reviews each request to make sure the group is well-matched and the conversation will be valuable for everyone in the room. This helps keep discussions focused, relevant, and genuinely engaging.
If you’re confirmed, you’ll receive a follow-up email with all the details you need, including the agenda, timing, location or virtual access, and what to expect from the session.
On the day of the event, you’ll join a small group of peers for a moderated, conversation-driven discussion designed to encourage real exchange, not sales pitches. After the event, we share next steps so you can continue relevant conversations and follow up with the right people.
You can expect a focused, small-group discussion with senior professionals who face similar challenges and decisions as you.
Roundtables are intentionally capped to keep the conversation meaningful. There are no presentations, panels, or sales pitches. Instead, a skilled moderator guides the discussion around a clear theme, encouraging everyone to contribute real insights, experiences, and practical takeaways.
The atmosphere is relaxed but purposeful. Whether the event is virtual or in person, the goal is the same: thoughtful conversation, peer learning, and genuine connections.
After the session, you’ll leave with:
New perspectives you can actually apply
Relevant peers you may want to continue conversations with
Clear next steps for follow-ups, if you choose to pursue them
In short, expect depth over noise, quality over quantity, and conversations that go beyond surface-level networking.
A Masterclass is a deep-dive, learning-focused session led by an experienced practitioner or subject-matter expert.
Unlike roundtables, which are discussion-led, Masterclasses are more structured. You can expect a clear framework, real-world examples, and practical insights that go beyond surface-level theory. Sessions are designed to be interactive, with room for questions, discussion, and applied thinking rather than passive listening.
Masterclasses are typically built around a specific challenge or opportunity, such as growth strategy, operations, leadership, technology, or market trends. Whether virtual or in person, the emphasis is on clarity, usefulness, and relevance.
By the end of a Masterclass, you should walk away with:
Actionable knowledge you can apply immediately
A clearer understanding of the topic, not just high-level ideas
The opportunity to engage directly with the expert and peers
In short, expect focused learning, practical takeaways, and insights you can actually use, not generic advice or sales-driven content.
No. All HMN events are complimentary for invited guests.
Our events are curated and invitation-based, which allows us to focus on creating high-quality conversations rather than selling tickets. If you’ve received an invite and are confirmed to attend, there is no cost to participate.
The only thing we ask is that attendees show up engaged and ready to contribute to the discussion.
Yes, absolutely.
If you know someone who would be a good fit for the discussion, you’re welcome to refer them. We review all referrals to make sure the group stays relevant and the conversation remains valuable for everyone involved.
If your referral is a good match and space allows, we’ll reach out to them directly with an invitation and next steps.
